Return Eligibility – Only for Damaged or Defective Items
We accept returns only in case of damage, manufacturing defects, or delivery of the wrong item. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return :
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Clear photo or video proof of the damage/defect is required.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is necessary.

Exchanges & Refund for COD Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for direct refunds.
You may request a *product replacement* (subject to availability) or a discount voucher for your next purchase.

Products that are used, washed, or returned without original packaging
Refunds for Prepaid Orders
If your return is approved:
- A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 10 business days.
